  2017 Review A year passed after my first review, and in the meantime my daughter started looking for a home in the De Soto area. Since our first experience with Angela (and all the people at Wingman) had gone so well, I recommended she (daughter) use Angela as her agent. The market had changed quite a bit in the last year, as there was virtually nothing that was a good fit. Angela helped my daughter look at homes in the surrounding area when she (daughter) was losing faith something appropriate would reveal itself. After looking at some houses that had all the right features, just not the ideal location, much to my daughter's delight, Angela managed to find an absolutely perfect home for her! Right size, right price, and most importantly, right location. Just as it was before, we all found Angela to be an outstanding agent. She listened to the list of requirements and "show stoppers" with care, tracked down the right home, and maintained a positive attitude and relentless work ethic during the entire process. After two perfect house-hunting experiences, I cannot thank Angela and the staff at Wingman Realty enough for not only succeeding in assisting us find the right home, but the way they did so with an authentic enthusiasm you just don't find often enough. Angela: You're two for two, batting a 1,000! Thanks again for everything! 2016 Review We met Angela while looking for a house in the De Soto/Olathe area, and when we arrived a bit early and she within seconds after us, our first impression was "this is a person who respects others' time." The first house wasn't of the ilk for which we were looking, so Angela asked the right questions and listened carefully to our responses and promised to look at what's out there and get back with us promptly with some candidate homes. She wasn't kidding either. A day later she had a list of about six houses for us to view. Angela showed great patience as we went to each house and enumerated the issues (as buyers like to do to prepare to bid low, right?), and with each viewing she seemed to take an accurate mental inventory of what we liked and disliked. I'm happy to report that after about a month of looking, we were able to find a house and negotiate a price that worked for the seller. Angela's patience, easy-going manner, ability to listen, and knowledge of not only the inventory but the processes related to the real estate industry made the entire experience fun. The long and the short of our experience in dealing with Angela is pretty simple. We felt she was honest, forthcoming, knowledgeable, positive and made the experience a lighthearted, fun endeavor. I would totally recommend Angela to anyone seeking help in finding a home. She is trustworthy, accommodating, and great at what she does. Based on our experience, we can easily recommend her to you.
